Gyratory Cone Crushers

PUZZOLANA - Gyratory Cone Crushers are of robust design with built-in safety system for non-crushable materials and are provided with anti-friction bearings to give a long life with low power consumption. The eccentric and counter shafts are supported with heavy duty spherical roller bearings to withstand maximum work loads. A special gap setting arrangement is provided for accurate product. Concave and mantle are made out of specially caste Mn-steel to suit hard rock crushing. Bearings are well protected from the dust by providing special filters and dust seals. A continuous supply of lubricating oil, to the bearings and bevel gears, is provided to enhance their life.
